HAPPY NEW YEAR & WELCOME 2026!!! 🎉✨

This month, I want to start the year off with wisdom—by studying my favorite book in the Bible, Proverbs. 💕 I’ve been reading Proverbs since middle school, after my grandmother and mother instilled in me the habit of using it as a daily devotional. Now that I’m older, I’ve grown to know the Bible for myself, and I truly believe it carries more weight than any other book—it’s God’s blueprint for life.

Even though I’ve read Proverbs many times, we’re always growing and entering new seasons. What God showed me three years ago may look completely different from what He reveals this year. As a married woman—older, wiser, and more experienced—I’m so excited to return to this beloved book with you.

I don’t take it lightly that if you’re reading this, we made it this far. 12/12 months of 2025.

Through laughter.
Through pain.
Through disappointments.
Through joy.
Through defeats.
Through success.
Through deaths.
Through births.
Through smiles.
Through tears.
Though victory.
Though lessons.
Through grace.
Through mercy.
Through challenges.
Through loss.
Through birthdays.
Though marriages.
Through divorces.
Through hardships.
Through friendships.
Through wins.
Through losses.
Through pivoting.
Through pauses.
Through standstills.
Through prayers.
Through silence.
Through it all, He’s carried me through.

Battling depression
Who had to burry a spouse
Who had to burry a child
Who just buried their mother
Who just buried their father
Lost a grandparent
Missing a loved one
Feeling far from home
Low on funds
Praying for a miracle
Facing a health scare
Not certain what is going to happen
Feeling anxiety
Running low on strength
Mad at God
Dealing with a heartbreak
I know pain and I know God has never left my pain in vain.
He’s going to see you through.

Wanted to do a detailed post… but really, if I sum

Wanted to do a detailed post… but really, if I summed it all up—I can’t thank Jesus enough.

The way God provides even when we worry.

The way He comforts when everything around us is everything but comforting.

The way He shows up through people to perform miracles.

The way He operates on hearts to allow love to flow.

The way He makes me me want to be better and kinder.

The way He allows us to use His strength when we have none.

The way He can overpower us to walk in love & choose forgiveness when our flesh wants revenge.

The way He changes us for the better, from who we used to be.

The way He beautifully transpires pain into purpose.

The way He works best when we are weak.

The way He gives power to the weak.

The way He keeps His eye on the abandoned, rejected, & overlooked.

The way He equips the unqualified.

The way He redeems.

I just can go on & on.

But, I’ll just end by saying again—I can’t thank Jesus enough. 🩷
