30-Day Bible Plan: Malachi & Matthew

Hi, Friends!

I am SO excited for this month’s Bible Plan. I create a plan each month but please note, my plans are not solely for one specific month. You can follow this plan ANY day or month of your choice.

I’m excited for this plan because it will be my first time reading the book of Malachi. We also will be proceeding to the book of Matthew after Malachi. The book of Matthew is one of my favorite books in the Bible. It was actually the first book I started with when I started Bible plans. Matthew absolutely wrecked me…in the best way possible. It pierced my heart, convicted my life’s choices, and made me fall in love with Christ all over again but so much deeper. With that being said, I hope you join this plan and study alongside myself and other participating believers.

Let’s grow closer to God together through this month’s Bible reading challenge!

The Inspo Behind This Bible Plan

Every time I plan the next month’s Bible Plan, I truly do my best to make sure it isn’t random. I asked God to lead me in choosing this month’s challenge, I realized how much I don’t want to become complacent in my faith because I realized I truthfully had grown too comfortable. August brought so many trials, but through them, I found myself growing closer to God, becoming more dependent on Him, and learning the importance of perpetual orison—ongoing prayer and communication with God. Those experiences truly reshaped my relationship with Christ and reminded me that the seasons that test us can also be the seasons that grow us.

I’m challenging us to examine our hearts, renew our faith, and draw closer to Christ.

The Importance of the book of Malachi & Matthew:

What if the very trials testing your faith are the same ones God is using to reignite it—keeping you from becoming complacent and reminding you of His power, presence, and faithfulness?

In this Bible Plan, we’re diving into Malachi and Matthew—two books that challenge us to examine our hearts, our faith, and the way we respond to God. Malachi speaks to the moments when we become spiritually tired, complacent, or disconnected, reminding us that God desires more than empty routines—He desires our hearts. Then, Matthew introduces us to Jesus, showing us what it looks like when God’s promises become flesh and inviting us into a deeper, transformed faith. Together, these books remind us that God isn’t just interested in what we do for Him; He cares about who we are becoming in Him.
